History of Claassen Logistics

The history of Claassen Logistics started in 1850 with a regular service from Tilburg to ‘s-Hertogenbosch. After starting with a horse and wagon, the first truck was a fact in 1911. After the Second World War Claassen Logistics extended its activities with transport and distribution in the whole of the Netherlands. Today, we provide distribution, transport, warehousing and other logistics services from our locations in Tilburg and Meppel.

Purveyor

In 2000, with our 150th anniversary, Claassen Logistics became ‘Purveyor to the Royal Household’. In 2002 our organization was awarded the title ‘Best service provider of Tilburg’ and in 2009 we were awarded the title ‘Best training company of the branch’. These are acknowledgments of the hard work of all employees within our transport company.
