Below we answer a number of frequently asked questions.

What is the status of my consignment?

To track the status of your consignment within the Netherlands and Belgium you can use the track & trace menu which is accessible via our web portal: https://webportal.claassen.nu/. You can log-in with your username and password. If you don’t have login details please send a request to verkoop@claassen.nu to receive your credentials. When an actual status of your consignment in The Netherlands is missing please send an email to planning@claassen.nu.

For Belgium PC 1300-1499 and 4000-7399 and Luxembourg please send a request to planning@claassen.nu.

For Germany please send a request to im-export@claassen.nu. For all other countries please send a request to expeditie@claassen.nu.

Where can I find a signed POD of my consignment?

Signed POD’s for consignments delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium are available in our web portal. You can log-in with your username and password. If you don’t have login details please send a request to verkoop@claassen.nu to receive your credentials. If POD’s are missing please send your POD-request to planning@claassen.nu. For deliveries in the Netherlands with PC 6800-9999 please send your POD-request to planning@claassenmeppel.nl.

For consignments outside the Netherlands and Belgium please send you request to expeditie@claassen.nu.

How much does it cost to have a consignment transported or stored via Claassen Logistics?

For questions regarding rate requests for transportation and storage please send an email to verkoop@claassen.nu.

I have registered a consignment for transportation, when does Claassen Logistics collect my consignment?

For questions regarding your collections within the Netherlands and Belgium please send an email to planning@claassen.nu. For consignments in the Netherlands with PC 6800-9999 please send an email to planning@claassenmeppel.nu. For consignments in all other countries please send an email to expeditie@claassen.nu.

I have registered a consignment for transportation but forgot to print address labels. What should I do?

Please provide each pallet of your consignment with your own address labels or an A4-Label with name and address clearly visible.

I have a question about booking an consignment via the web portal. What can I do best?

For questions regarding booking your consignment please consult our manual which is accessible via our web-portal. If you don’t have access to our web-portal please send an email to verkoop@claassen.nu to receive your credentials. When you encounter problems when booking-in your consignment please contact.
